How and When will my Item(s) be Delivered?
You can locate shipping details on the product page such as shipping lead-time, shipping charge (FREE, To be quoted, Flat Freight Delivery Charge, and Calculated Shipping which is displayed at Checkout), as well as the shipping method (Freight or Ground), and if the product requires any assembly.
Ground Delivery
Ground Delivery is available for smaller products. These will be shipped out via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Your smaller item(s) will be unloaded from the truck and brought to the front door or left near the front of the home or business. Please allow transit time from once an item has been shipped to the time it will be delivered (1 to 7 business days).
Freight Delivery
Orders over 75 lbs. will generally be shipped via Freight.
Freight delivery is different than standard UPS, FedEx or US Mail. Our standard freight delivery service is curbside. If threshold /inside delivery is needed please contact our showroom and note that additional charges may apply.
Freight handlers are not authorized to perform any assembly services nor can they put it in the space of your choice.
For residential deliveries, you will be contacted by the shipping carrier to schedule a delivery appointment. Most companies offer appointment windows (usually 2-4 hours) between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm EDT, Monday through Friday.
If you are ordering a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need several people to help move it to the final destination.

Shipping from Hawaii and Puerto Rico
When we receive an order from Hawaii or Puerto Rico an email will be sent to you with a separate shipping quote. Only after you have approved and paid for the shipping surcharge we will move forward with shipping your order.
If the shipping rate surcharge is not approved or paid for we will 100% refund your card and cancel your order.

Shadowspec guarantees that Shadowspec Umbrellas, that are installed in accordance with our guidelines, will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the period of time as set out and specified below:

*The Fabric Warranty Relates to the Umbrella Canopy. **Protection Covers have a separate warranty. Protection Covers are optional on nominal products. Residential and commercial warranties are separate as per the table above. All optional accessories have a 1-year warranty including but not limited to: Raingutters, Drop Blinds, Smart Batteries, Hard-wire Kits and Castor Wheels. Mounting options are included in the frame warranty. Time periods are applied from the date of the invoice.
The obligation of Shadowspec under this warranty is limited to faulty manufacturing, defective materials and mechanical failure when your umbrella has been used and cared for appropriately from the date of invoice. If an umbrella is repaired under warranty, the warranty period will not be
extended. Shadowspec shall, at its sole discretion, determine whether repair or replacement is appropriate.
This warranty does not cover the following:
Your Shadowspec Umbrella is designed to handle conditions in which people are comfortable relaxing outdoors, and more. This warranty doesn’t protect against your umbrella Fabric Canopy becoming unserviceable due to strength loss from normal usage and exposure conditions. The foregoing sets out the extent of this warranty.
Shadowspec (Unicrest Group Ltd) shall not otherwise be liable or responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage, costs or losses of any kind arising out of or in connection with your umbrella or components or for any delay by Shadowspec or the component manufacturer in undertaking repairs or replacement under this warranty. Except as expressly provided herein, all other warranties, representations, conditions, undertakings, rights, duties or liabilities, whether arising by implication of law or otherwise, are hereby expressly excluded.
