DOMESTIC SHIPPING How and When will my Item(s) be Delivered? You can locate shipping details on the product page such as shipping lead-time, shipping charge (FREE, To be quoted, Flat Freight Delivery Charge, and Calculated Shipping which is displayed at Checkout), as well as the shipping method (Freight or Ground), and if the product requires any assembly.
Ground Delivery Ground Delivery is available for smaller products. These will be shipped out via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Your smaller item(s) will be unloaded from the truck and brought to the front door or left near the front of the home or business. Please allow transit time from once an item has been shipped to the time it will be delivered (1 to 7 business days).
Freight Delivery Orders over 75 lbs. will generally be shipped via Freight.
Freight delivery is different than standard UPS, FedEx or US Mail. Our standard freight delivery service is curbside. If threshold /inside delivery is needed please contact our showroom and note that additional charges may apply.
Freight handlers are not authorized to perform any assembly services nor can they put it in the space of your choice.
For residential deliveries, you will be contacted by the shipping carrier to schedule a delivery appointment. Most companies offer appointment windows (usually 2-4 hours) between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm EDT, Monday through Friday.
If you are ordering a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need several people to help move it to the final destination.

Shipping from Hawaii and Puerto Rico
When we receive an order from Hawaii or Puerto Rico an email will be sent to you with a separate shipping quote. Only after you have approved and paid for the shipping surcharge we will move forward with shipping your order.
If the shipping rate surcharge is not approved or paid for we will 100% refund your card and cancel your order.

Free, rapid delivery. This my 2nd Bambrella. The first was an 11footer, which was open about 6 years in sometimes windy conditions. The So. Cal. sun was hard on the first cover and I had to replace it with a new one which lasted for 4 years. I replaced it with a 10 footer and I was happy see they are still constructed with quality parts. I especially like that the new umbrella has a device that holds the paracord while the pin is placed. Thank you Great service.
The quality of your product is superior, but years of use had faded the fabric. To be able to buy the pole and umbrella already assembled was wonderful (though not having a tie is problematic in our hilltop location). The shipper you used, Estes, was also a quality operation.
