How and When will my Item(s) be Delivered?
You can locate shipping details on the product page such as shipping lead-time, shipping charge (FREE, To be quoted, Flat Freight Delivery Charge, and Calculated Shipping which is displayed at Checkout), as well as the shipping method (Freight or Ground), and if the product requires any assembly.

Ground Delivery
Ground Delivery is available for smaller products. These will be shipped out via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Your smaller item(s) will be unloaded from the truck and brought to the front door or left near the front of the home or business. Please allow transit time from once an item has been shipped to the time it will be delivered (1 to 7 business days).

Freight Delivery
Orders over 75 lbs. will generally be shipped via Freight.

Freight delivery is different than standard UPS, FedEx or US Mail. Our standard freight delivery service is curbside. If threshold /inside delivery is needed please contact our showroom and note that additional charges may apply.

Freight handlers are not authorized to perform any assembly services nor can they put it in the space of your choice.

For residential deliveries, you will be contacted by the shipping carrier to schedule a delivery appointment. Most companies offer appointment windows (usually 2-4 hours) between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm EDT, Monday through Friday.

If you are ordering a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need several people to help move it to the final destination.

Shipping from Hawaii and Puerto Rico

When we receive an order from Hawaii or Puerto Rico an email will be sent to you with a separate shipping quote. Only after you have approved and paid for the shipping surcharge we will move forward with shipping your order.

If the shipping rate surcharge is not approved or paid for we will 100% refund your card and cancel your order.

Once you’ve determined the location for your umbrella, move the boxes to this spot on your patio or deck. Now it’s time to set up your new shade solution. Packaged together with your umbrella, bases and the parts you will need to assemble is a print out. This is also available online in PDF format.

About The Umbrella:
Bambrella®’s Levante Side Wind collection is a side pole (also called offset or cantilever) umbrella. This umbrella is designed for use in both the commercial and domestic markets.

The umbrella can be removed from the base, and then relocated to another spot. It is still best to take some time to determine the best location.

The Levante Side Wind cantilever bamboo umbrella is engineered to rotate 360° about the base.

With its high design, this offset umbrella is crafted so that one can easily tilt the canopy up to a 45° angle. This means that by strategically placing your umbrella in the right location, you can use it to provide shade for multiple spots!
Examples:
Some customers place it near the shallow end of their pool, so that when the sun is directly overhead, people wading in the pool are protected from the sun. Then later, as the sun shifts location, they rotate their umbrella and tilt the canopy to provide shade protection from the afternoon sun. Now as they dine at a nearby table and chairs, they are made in the shade!

Or if the area you want to shade get’s morning sun, the canopy can be tilted in such a way as to provide shade on the opposite end of the patio!
